I am a career construction professional with over four decades of experience in the Florida building industry. I began my career as a union carpenter, developing a strong hands-on understanding of fine carpentry and structural construction.

I later served as a Certified Uniform Building Code Inspector for the Dade County School Board, helping ensure facilities met or exceeded state safety and quality standards. As a licensed general contractor, I managed residential and commercial projects from concept through completion, gaining broad knowledge of building systems, codes, and real-world construction practices.

Today, I apply this experience as a home inspector with Safeguard Home Inspector LLC, providing thorough, objective inspections focused on safety, quality, and clear reporting. I am a proud member of InterNACHI and committed to professional standards and continuing education.
