The world is a beautiful place, with exceptional people.  My name is Carmelo, and I have been investing in real estate for over twenty-five years. My investments include projects and deals in Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Florida. My hobbies are making deals, finding deals, and closing deals. For fun, I enjoy the outdoors. My past jobs include teaching at High Schools, Two Year Colleges, and Technical Colleges. My passion is helping and teaching people, especially those eager to learn. Very knowledgeable in curriculum development, teaching, and writing.
