Real estate is a relationship-based business, and Keneshia Haye strives to create a client relationship built on trust and confidence. Keneshia Haye believes the first step in helping her clients, buyers or sellers, is to understand their wants, needs, and goals. That requires listening, asking the right questions, and of course – providing clear and honest answers to their questions.

Keneshia served in the U.S. Army for almost 7 years as a Unit Supply Sergeant. As a fellow Veteran, Keneshia understands the process of relocation. In service is where she developed the passion for helping others as they transition from one duty station to the next.  At the heart of her real estate practice you will find "The 3 D's". They stand for Dedicated, Determined, and Dependable." Keneshia is Dedicated to her clients, Determined to meet their needs, and Dependable whenever they need her.

After service, Keneshia went on to complete her BSBA and her MBA with a concentration in Logistics. In 2013 Keneshia completed and passed her Real Estate training and tests. Keneshia is currently a Real Estate Broker licensed in two states: Texas and Florida.

Outside of work Keneshia enjoys spending time with her husband Horace, 3 boys: Raheem, Daniel and Angel, and her niece Jasmin. She finds peace and happiness in her kitchen creating meals from around the globe.
