Starting in the year 2000 to 2015, Maria taught her own equestrian balance and equilibrium program that was developed throughout her years of practicing and teaching equestrian sports. As an expert in the field she wrote several articles and was able to train others to continue in this work.
Maria’s professional experience also includes media and television as one of the founding members of the Vanidades TV, television show, which was a well rated women’s interest program in Ecuador.
Her equestrian career began in 1975 and she became an accomplished show jumper in Medellin Colombia. In 1988 she founded the first vaulting academy in Quito, Ecuador, developing this equestrian modality in the country, organizing, and participating in various international competitions.

Being this the first organization that treats the mental stability of the person through the interaction with horses, showing great results.
